Playboy Enterprises worldwide has slammed Hearst publishing
with a litigation claiming its Harper’s market website reproduced a photograph
of Kate Moss without agreement.
The photo was part of the 40-year-old’s cover dilation which
was featured in Playboy’s 60th birthday particular and the website also gave a
link that assumed “see the break of the definitely not secure for work images
here”, the New York Post reported.
According to the suit, those who clicked on it were sent to any
more sites, which showed nine nude photos of Moss used by Playboy with a title maxim
“here is Moss’ NSFW dilation from Playboy.
Playboy has asked for 150,000 dollars for all supersede work.
