Her father is a furniture exports entrepreneur and her mother is a teacher-turned marketing executive. She did her schooling from Mata Jai Kaur Public School, Ashok Vihar in North Delhi. she enrolled in IGNOU, completing a bachelor’s degree in tourism studies

Before joining the career of modelling, Vaani worked with Oberoi Hotels  Jaipur for a phase of one year. Vaani has before now appeared promiscuous times on the TV for various advertisement pertaining to equally demotic as well as worldwide brands. Vaani has three picture signings in her pocket at the present, all from Yash Raj Films.
